Healthcare Placement Coordinator (Sales & Outreach)

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and results-driven Healthcare Placement Coordinator to join our team. This role involves building relationships with group homes and assisted living facilities, coordinating placements, and managing outreach activities.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and strong spreadsheet and computer skills. A background in healthcare or medical services is a plus.

•    Conduct outreach to group homes and assisted living facilities
•  Build and maintain professional relationships with care providers
•  Track outreach efforts and conversations using spreadsheets
•  Schedule and manage appointments and follow-ups with facilities
•  Maintain organized records of contacts and placement opportunities
•  Prepare and manage documents using Word, PDFs, and spreadsheets
•  Coordinate with internal teams regarding potential placements
•  Provide updates and reports on outreach progress

•  Strong sales or outreach experience
•  Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
•  Strong spreadsheet and data tracking skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDFs, and computer applications
•  Highly organized and comfortable managing calendars and appointments
•  Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with professionals
•  Medical or healthcare background is a plus
